Return window: please notify me by email within 7 days to be eligible to return the item within 14 days of purchase for a refund* or exchange. This timeframe allows you ample time to inspect the jewelry and insure that it’s returned in its original condition. You will be refunded the amount charged minus the shipping fee.

Conditions: to be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Documentation: Before shipping out your order, I meticulously document each piece of jewelry with detailed photographs. This documentation helps ensure the item is returned in the same condition it was sent.
